The kitchen, dining, and living room are all open to each other creating a bright and sunny atmosphere. This is the perfect relaxing haven you are looking for. You will access to the game room fire pit and private patio and swim dock. This quaint cottage is perched among the trees. Lake views that lend itself to relaxing, fishing off the dock, or working remotely. Recently renovated with an open living/kitchen area. Two parking spots are available in front of cottage. Please don’t block drive. You will have access to a shared game room, firepit, private patio area and swim dock. Haven Beach is located 7 miles to downtown Hot Springs, 7 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, 10 miles to Magic Springs and all other local activities Hot Springs is known for. It is less then 2 miles to Grocery stores and restaurants.

James was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. It was a big football weekend for us and we were able to view the games and totally enjoy the house.

It was a nice weekend. People in the chateau were rather noisy so couldn’t enjoy the evening outdoors. Other than that Positive: Cozy and comfort Negative: Electrical outlets were loose and plugs kept falling out

Snug and cozy for a weekend getaway. Well maintained, very clean, comfortable beds and linen. Close enough to get to Hot Springs and other attractions, but a nice private place to get away at night. Kitchen well appointed with all the necessities, will be staying here again!
