The kitchen, dining, and living room are all open to each other creating a bright and sunny atmosphere. This is the perfect relaxing haven you are looking for. You will access to the game room fire pit and private patio and swim dock. This quaint cottage is perched among the trees. Lake views that lend itself to relaxing, fishing off the dock, or working remotely. Recently renovated with an open living/kitchen area. Two parking spots are available in front of cottage. Please don’t block drive. You will have access to a shared game room, firepit, private patio area and swim dock. Haven Beach is located 7 miles to downtown Hot Springs, 7 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, 10 miles to Magic Springs and all other local activities Hot Springs is known for. It is less then 2 miles to Grocery stores and restaurants.

The cottage had thoughtful accommodations for my family trip. My daughter and I loved the stay and loved that we were able to rent a paddleboat right from the property's dock.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage had everything we needed and the kids loved the game room. Lake and swim dock were very nice but it was rainy so we didn’t get to enjoy that part.
