This lake cottage is a perfect tranquil space for honeymooners, couples, or a family of 4. Newly remodeled with new appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen, dining, and living room are all open to each other creating a bright and sunny atmosphere. This is the perfect relaxing haven you are looking for. You will access to the game room fire pit and private patio and swim dock. This quaint cottage is perched among the trees. Lake views that lend itself to relaxing, fishing off the dock, or working remotely. Recently renovated with an open living/kitchen area. Two parking spots are available in front of cottage. Please don’t block drive. You will have access to a shared game room, firepit, private patio area and swim dock. Haven Beach is located 7 miles to downtown Hot Springs, 7 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, 10 miles to Magic Springs and all other local activities Hot Springs is known for. It is less then 2 miles to Grocery stores and restaurants.

It was terrible Positive: The location is terrible, the pictures are misleading to make you think you are right on the lake and you are up high where two old people have no way to get to the patio or down to the lake bayou. Negative: The place is old but reasonably clean, the pillows on sofa have been shredded by possibly a pet and the strings are all over the place, the TV doesn’t work unless you use your home access codes to your accounts. The place has no value for the charge.

The place is bigger than in the pictures so that was a thumbs up… perfect size for a small family … your really close to the lake so you can take a dive at it… communication with the host was excellent overall i would recommend this home makes you feel like being in a cabin.

Great place! Positive: Enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommend for a nice getaway!!! Negative: No complaints, just a suggestion.Gameroom needs an update for the younger kiddos.. But the water and downtown take up most of the time anyway. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
