Do not rent to this scum bag!!! He had a party. Trashed my place and left Vomit and Feces all over the inside and outside of my house. I had to get a biohazard cleaning Crew to come in and turn the place. I had to replace a couch because it was broke and vomited on. Had to replace a foot rest as well. Damage were nearly $2000. Marvin is the nightmare that all host have!!!

Our overall stay at Lake Haven was excellent..it had quite a few steps inside the house.. Positive: location was excellent Negative: too many steps in the house.

James was a great host, with instructions for how to use the keypad to enter the home. He even let us in an hour early! There were MANY stairs that we weren’t aware of. James had someone take care of the full outside trash can right away. We weren’t aware of the little home on the property being rented out, or made aware of a shared space, so to see a man sitting outside at the tables close to our windows early one morning was a little frightening. All in all, it was a fine place to stay. James did his best afterwards to tend to our concerns.

Such a great find! James was an incredible host and Jason was the kindest! (He even called to make sure we were safe when it was super windy and dark on the river) it’s the perfect spot for a vacation!

Exterior needs a lot of maintenance, painting, loose deck board can trip on, barbecue grill filthy and hasn’t been emptied or cleaned.fishing pier needs rails replaced, dangerous slime on concrete surfaces. Lawn on right side of house overgrown hasn’t been mowed or trimmed in months.
