The stay was great. We loved being so close to the water and everything was simple. Based of pictures we thought there were 3 rooms with full size bed and the stairs were a little deceiving in the pictures.

Had a great family gathering for a long weekend. We especially enjoyed the deck area and the water views. The place was large enough to give us individual spaces when needed and to accomodate all our needs,. I was aware there were stairs but I didn't realize the extent of the stairs or I would have probably opted for a single floor unit. Overall it was a fabulous place and we definately enjoyed our stay.

The property was left fine however I would have appreciated if she had let me know the issues she was having. On the day of check out of a 3 night stay she requested a $500 refund because of some things she didn't like. This was around half the cost of the reservation. But during the entire stay she mentioned absolutely nothing to me. I could have resolved most if not all of her complaints however I received no communication of any problems at all. The issues were understandable, and we would do everything we could to resolve any issue in order to provide our guest a 5-star experience. But we have to made known of an issue so that we can resolve it for the guest. Being that nothing was stated until after the reservation, along with requesting half their money back, it felt a little scammy to me. We do sincerely apologies for any issues experienced at the property but again, you have to inform the Host so the Host can resolve your problem.

We enjoyed our stay the home was excellent plenty of room and beautiful right on the lake, we had a wonderful time.

We stayed here a full week for a family vacation. This rental place was right on water. The water was easy to enter and not too deep for swimming. This is an older home but well kept and priced very reasonably. We stayed here with our 4 older children. There was plenty of sleeping options and 2 baths with showers. The master bath and shower was very large and nice. We used every room, including the game room a lot. We really enjoyed our stay. We never go to the same place twice because we always want to try new places, but if did.... then this rental would be our choice for Hot Springs.
