This lake cottage is a perfect tranquil space for honeymooners, couples, or a family of 4. Newly remodeled with new appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen, dining, and living room are all open to each other creating a bright and sunny atmosphere. This is the perfect relaxing haven you are looking for. You will access to the game room fire pit and private patio and swim dock. This quaint cottage is perched among the trees. Lake views that lend itself to relaxing, fishing off the dock, or working remotely. Recently renovated with an open living/kitchen area. Two parking spots are available in front of cottage. Please don’t block drive. You will have access to a shared game room, firepit, private patio area and swim dock. Haven Beach is located 7 miles to downtown Hot Springs, 7 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, 10 miles to Magic Springs and all other local activities Hot Springs is known for. It is less then 2 miles to Grocery stores and restaurants.

We were looking for an affordable quiet get-away with lake access. James' place was great. The walk down to the water with the little table and small dock was nice. I had an inflatable kayak to enjoy, with a book and drink near the water. The outdoor space is not shared, but it kind of is. It is very close to the neighbor. In fact, the neighbor kept apologizing for his dog coming to greet me. It wasn't bothering me, but it bothered him to have to be aware. Still lake access for a great price! The inside of the cabin is really cute. The decor is so inviting. The kitchen is clean and outfitted with everything needed. The beds were comfy. We were a ways from town. Maybe 20 minutes. But it was fine. We enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The location was wonderful, right on Lake Hamilton. The cottage was beautiful inside and very clean. Negative: The bed could have been a bit softer for our comfort but was not super firm, which we appreciate.
