This lake cottage is a perfect tranquil space for honeymooners, couples, or a family of 4. Newly remodeled with new appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen, dining, and living room are all open to each other creating a bright and sunny atmosphere. This is the perfect relaxing haven you are looking for. You will access to the game room fire pit and private patio and swim dock. This quaint cottage is perched among the trees. Lake views that lend itself to relaxing, fishing off the dock, or working remotely. Recently renovated with an open living/kitchen area. Two parking spots are available in front of cottage. Please don’t block drive. You will have access to a shared game room, firepit, private patio area and swim dock. Haven Beach is located 7 miles to downtown Hot Springs, 7 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, 10 miles to Magic Springs and all other local activities Hot Springs is known for. It is less then 2 miles to Grocery stores and restaurants.
the Cottage is a perfect getaway 2 to 4 people. We arrived to find everything as expected. The property was beautifully kept and pet friendly. James was proactive to check in and make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We HIGHLY recommend this property as well as any others that James may host.

Within a few short hours of booking we arrived to a well kept, clean and welcoming stay. The location was great for our spur of the moment excursions. James was very quick to respond to our last minute request to book and gave us easy to follow detailed instructions.

PERFECT little place for a nice, quiet getaway! Had everything we needed/wanted. Clean kitchen & bathroom. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views. Will be staying here again! James was very hospitable and responsive.

Cute little cottage! We really enjoyed our stay. Some reviews mentioned it’s a trek to the water. I have to agree, but you are in the mountains so it’s almost always down a hill to the water…. I’ve had 5 foot surgeries and the steps made it where I was able to go down just not often since it was so many steps. My family enjoyed the fishing and a kayak. The fire pit was great but no flat ground around it. The game room was awesome! The house was as pictured but it’s always smaller than pictures *wink, kitchen and bath had everything needed. Beds were a medium tempurpedic feeling and comfortable. Towels were great! It’s was VERY clean!! James was very responsive and kind. Plenty of pillows. We would stay here again if ever in that neck of the woods again.
