The kitchen, dining, and living room are all open to each other creating a bright and sunny atmosphere. This is the perfect relaxing haven you are looking for. You will access to the game room fire pit and private patio and swim dock. This quaint cottage is perched among the trees. Lake views that lend itself to relaxing, fishing off the dock, or working remotely. Recently renovated with an open living/kitchen area. Two parking spots are available in front of cottage. Please don’t block drive. You will have access to a shared game room, firepit, private patio area and swim dock. Haven Beach is located 7 miles to downtown Hot Springs, 7 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, 10 miles to Magic Springs and all other local activities Hot Springs is known for. It is less then 2 miles to Grocery stores and restaurants.

Loved this little cottage on the lake!! It was extremely clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We stayed here just one night on our way home on a roadtrip but wish we could have stayed longer!

Comfortable and cozy. Quiet area. Proactive and responsive host. The space is as advertised. We really enjoyed the retro arcade games in the game garage beside the cottage. Highly recommend.
