This lake cottage is a perfect tranquil space for honeymooners, couples, or a family of 4. Newly remodeled with new appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen, dining, and living room are all open to each other creating a bright and sunny atmosphere. This is the perfect relaxing haven you are looking for. You will access to the game room fire pit and private patio and swim dock. This quaint cottage is perched among the trees. Lake views that lend itself to relaxing, fishing off the dock, or working remotely. Recently renovated with an open living/kitchen area. Two parking spots are available in front of cottage. Please don’t block drive. You will have access to a shared game room, firepit, private patio area and swim dock. Haven Beach is located 7 miles to downtown Hot Springs, 7 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, 10 miles to Magic Springs and all other local activities Hot Springs is known for. It is less then 2 miles to Grocery stores and restaurants.
Had a great time at James’ place- communication was easy, rental of motorized paddleboat was a fun plus, and the place was clean and comfy. Thanks James for everything!

The cottage was as advertised. Beds very comfortable and roomy. Looks were very aesthetic. I think for a young couple or family it is great. My sis and I are in our 60’s and found it very complicated to get to our patio by the lake. It was a steep decline and incline with several sets of stairs. There was no patio or chairs on the concrete deck like it shows in pics. Our table we sat on was on a wooden deck belonging to the next house. We also had some roaches and They were willing to come spray that evening. The adjoining game room was locked and after several attempts to get it open they said they could come open the morning we left. We did have a great time. Peacefull enjoyed the boats roaming by.

My friend and I came up to the Hot Springs area to enjoy a peaceful time, and that’s exactly what we experienced. The little rental was perfect for us with 2 comfortable queen size beds, a bathroom, small kitchen, and dining/living area. It was very clean and uncluttered. It was within a few minutes’ drive from shopping and within 20 minutes of all the main attractions like Garvan Woodland Gardens, downtown Hot Springs’ shopping and bathhouses, the Hot Springs Tower, and even Ouachita State Park. We had a great time!

A great place to get away from city life and enjoy nature right off lake... about 9 minutes from city and 20 from downtown. Loved the area and host was very helpful!
