This lake cottage is a perfect tranquil space for honeymooners, couples, or a family of 4. Newly remodeled with new appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen, dining, and living room are all open to each other creating a bright and sunny atmosphere. This is the perfect relaxing haven you are looking for. You will access to the game room fire pit and private patio and swim dock. This quaint cottage is perched among the trees. Lake views that lend itself to relaxing, fishing off the dock, or working remotely. Recently renovated with an open living/kitchen area. Two parking spots are available in front of cottage. Please don’t block drive. You will have access to a shared game room, firepit, private patio area and swim dock. Haven Beach is located 7 miles to downtown Hot Springs, 7 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, 10 miles to Magic Springs and all other local activities Hot Springs is known for. It is less then 2 miles to Grocery stores and restaurants.
Had a lovely time, super close to hot springs and all things in the area. Comfortable space, and beautiful surroundings!

Loved this place - even better than the pictures make it look. Instructions were very clear, and Carrie left some notes on things to do, kayak rentals, etc. Close enough to Hot Springs National Park that you can easily drive there to spend the day, and then relax at the cabin. Very comfortable beds, coffee was great, extremely lovely shower with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Wouldn't change a thing - highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay around Hot Springs, AK.

You are above the lake and not right on it as some other review states. The Airbnb cleaning fees have gotten out of hand and this place is no different. If you’re going to insist on charging $60, guests are going to insist on it being clean. IE window sills and lamp shades dusty and cob webs, I normally wouldn’t give a hoot but if you’re charging me specifically for cleaning then I care. Thermostat is parent protected and you basically have no control. With a memory foam mattress that sleeps hot, that’s an issue at night.

Great location.. just wish it was a bit cleaner! Had cobwebs and was dusty. Overall great stay though and loved that we could bring our dogs!

My wife and I had a fantastic time at Carrie's cottage. It was exactly what we were looking for in our vacation to Hot Springs! We saw that there were some whiners complaining that the place wasn't "on the water" which is honestly crap... youre like 30 steps away from the docks... It's a great place to stay, highly recommend!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and clean! The location was close to a lot we didn’t have to drive more than 15 minutes the whole trip! The lake view was gorgeous and no it’s not right on the lake but it’s a less than 1 minute walk down to get to it! Will most definitely be booking here again

Carrie is great! Very responsive and helpful. Clear instructions and fast responses. The cabin is just perfect. Everything you need is included and the mattresses are like a cloud! 100,000/10 would recommend!
