This lake cottage is a perfect tranquil space for honeymooners, couples, or a family of 4. Newly remodeled with new appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen, dining, and living room are all open to each other creating a bright and sunny atmosphere. This is the perfect relaxing haven you are looking for. You will access to the game room fire pit and private patio and swim dock. This quaint cottage is perched among the trees. Lake views that lend itself to relaxing, fishing off the dock, or working remotely. Recently renovated with an open living/kitchen area. Two parking spots are available in front of cottage. Please don’t block drive. You will have access to a shared game room, firepit, private patio area and swim dock. Haven Beach is located 7 miles to downtown Hot Springs, 7 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, 10 miles to Magic Springs and all other local activities Hot Springs is known for. It is less then 2 miles to Grocery stores and restaurants.
Very comfortable place to stay. Pretty surroundings. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was easy to find and fit the listing. Carrie was very responsive and helpful! The boys has a great time fishing and playing pool in the game room. Very quiet neighborhood and was close to anything you could ask for in shopping and restraunts.

My friend and I came for a girls trip. We hiked, walked downtown and went to the casino. Carrie’s place was in a great spot and so cute and cozy!! We will be back for sure.

Responsive host. Walkable to the lake. Quiet, we were able to sleep peacefully. A little dusty but ignorable.

Nightmare Positive: Location to the water was about the only good thing Negative: We get to the property the door locks aren't set up for us to gain access We get inside and it's hotter then hell so we try adjusting the thermostat. We had an engagement that evening so thinking it would cool off we decided to leave our fur-child at the property. When we returned the building was even hotter and my baby was looking at me like she was gonna die. We get ahold of the property manager and they send someone to put a windows ac in. Next day an ac tech came out to fix the ac unit. We had a graduation to attend so again we left my fur-baby their. They let the tech inside with our property when we weren't their but we had no choice to agree to this. My furbaby and the property was infested with fleas which we had no choice to bring home and deal with here.

Loved the property and would stay again. Positive: Beautiful place very comfortable and welcoming. Negative: The thermostat kept changing back to around 72 and it stayed pretty warm but not too bad and anytime I turned it down it would just change back.
